Chief Technical Officer

As Chief Technical Officer (CTO), Tricia Keegan leads the technical strategy and execution across Vicinity Energy’s systems and operations, partnering closely with the Vicinity executive team and site leaders to drive reliability, innovation, and safety.

With over 30 years of experience in utility management and operations, Tricia most recently served as SVP Operations for Vicinity Energy’s portfolio of district energy assets across the United States. Prior to Vicinity, Tricia held various leadership positions with Veolia North America, serving as Vice President of Engineering and Senior Technical Director.

Tricia holds a Master of Science degree in Facilities Management from Massachusetts Maritime Academy, along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Engineering from Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
