Chief Commercial Officer

As Chief Commercial Officer, Pamela leads the company’s Customer Organization, overseeing Sales, Account Management, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Communications. She is responsible for advancing a customer‑centric strategy that strengthens alignment across commercial functions and supports long‑term growth through enhanced customer experience and network densification.   

With more than 25 years of experience in the energy industry, Pamela brings a unique, comprehensive perspective to her role. She began her career in 1999 at Trigen (later Veolia, now Vicinity) as a designer on the engineering team and spent the next two decades taking on progressively broader leadership roles across the organization. Her experience spans engineering design, operations, field construction project management, contract oversight, sales, and account management, providing her with deep, end‑to‑end insight into both technical and commercial aspects of the business.   

Pamela holds a bachelor’s degree from Notre Dame of Maryland University. She is currently pursuing a Master of Environmental Studies (MES) at the University of Pennsylvania. 

She is actively engaged in industry and community leadership and currently serves on the Schuylkill River Development Corporation board.
