Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Ryan Gerlach
With over 15 years of professional experience, Ryan is proud to serve as Vicinity Energy’s Senior Vice President of Human Resources (HR). Ryan manages a team of HR professionals and is responsible for Vicinity’s strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relations.
Prior to his role at Vicinity, He served in leadership roles for Veolia within the Human Resources department. Most recently he directed all HR operations for the Municipal and Commercial (M&C) business, managing all HR operations for the Energy and Water businesses in North America.
Previously, he’d worked in HR and recruiting at a number of firms, including Eaton and the Novo Group. Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from University of the Pacific, and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He began his career in the US Navy, serving in various leadership roles over eight years.
